Tortellini in Brodo

6L vegetable stock
3 celery stalks, julienned
2 carrots, julienned
1 bunch green onions, chopped in 1inch pieces
1 handful chopped parsley
1 pkg frozen cheese tortellini
s&p to taste

-heat broth
-add veggies and simmer until tender
-add 1 pkg frozen tortellini
-season to taste
