The Piccolo Grande Ball hockey
team ( the young guns - brought up on Blades of Steel) won the 2004
Easter Seals Ball Hockey tournament. Held in the friendly confines of
the Byward Market theses young men flashing the colours of the Piccolo
Grande gelato empire struck gold by defeating all comers to win the
hearts of a city devoid until now of a hickory swinging champion.
