Milk (3.25% B.F.)
Sucrose (Table Sugar)
Skim Milk Powder
Fresh Cream (35% B.F.)
Coconut Oil
Dextrose(Corn Sugar)
Inverted Sugar
Stabilizer (contains: mono and diglicerides, locust bean gum, sodium alginate)

This is the content of our neutral mix, the base to which we add natural (and some artificial) flavours to make our gelato.
