Welcome to our FAQ Contest!
Well after so long, we have winners for the one and only question of this season in
Piccolo Grande's FAQ contest.
The question, "Do you have any Maple Walnut?" was answered cleverly by the following three entrants.
In third place and the winner of a $15 gift certificate was Jennifer Mercer with this response:
"Well, you see there was an army worm infestation this year. Very few maple trees in Canada survived and those
that did weren't able to produce a lot of maple syrup. Now, the price of maple syrup has gone through the roof.
It's liquid gold. We only made one batch for the die hard maple walnut fans but it's $69.99 for a single scoop
and $99.99 for two scoops. Would you like one scoop or two?"
In second place and the winner of a $25 gift certificate was Sheldon Taylor with this response:
"Sorry, you just missed her. Maple and her sister Hazel left five minutes ago for their holiday to "Rum-Fantasy Island".
And in first place and the winner of a $50 gift certificate was Jenn Farr with this response:
"That flavour is so passé. Don't you know that the ultra chic gelato flavour is red pine & blackened sesame seeds with a sprig of rosemary? Get with the program!"
All the above winners can pick up their G.C's at 55 Murray St. any time!
Now the moment you've all been waiting for. Who won the damn bike?
Drum roll please.................................................................................
Andy Sommerfeld!!!!!!!!!! Congrats.
Thanks for all your entries and stay tuned to the PG web site for the next contest in the spring!
